USENSE is an Android application that seamlessly captures information from multiple sensors, and infers a person's state in terms of: i) activity (stationary or moving); ii) social interaction environment (noisy or quiet, and number of people); iii) social interaction strength (number of people around).
. Currently, USENSE is programmed to capture smart data from the following sensors: wireless and bluetooth interfaces; accelerometer; GPS; microfone. Its flexible design allows USENSE to incorporate easily additional sensors in the same device or in devices around.
USENSE is being developed in the context of the CitySense project.
USENSE is available for the Android platform, under an LGPLv3.0 license.
